Step by step guidance

Step 1

Car & budget

Tell us the car you want to buy and your budget.

Step 2

Car search

We will find the car according to your budget.

Step 3

Import quotation & costing

We give a quote for the car until it arrives in Malaysia including the tax that needs to be paid.

Step 4

Downpayment for Purchase Car Price

If the customer agrees then pay a 10% deposit of the car price. For car prices exceeding RM400,000.00, a deposit of 20% of the car price is required.

Step 5

Loan Application (Hire purchase)

The customer enters a vehicle loan financing application with the bank (hire purchase). We will manage it on behalf of the customer with our bank panel.

Step 6

Refund policy if loan not approved

If loan financing is not approved, we will return the deposit in full (100% refund policy).

Step 7

Shipment

Shipment will be arranged once downpayment is done. A bill of lading will be issued by shipping company.

Step 8

Loan Agreement, Insurance & Car Plate Number

While waiting for car, sign loan agreement and prepare insurance and car plate number for registration.

Step 9

Arrival of Car

Once the car is cleared from custom terminal to showroom, you can view the car and make final payment.

Step 10

Inspection and Registration

The car will be sent for inspection and registration once final payment is made.

Step 11

Collection of Car

You can collect your car from showroom after it has registered with JPJ.

Things You Need To Know

WHEN LOAN APPLICATION IS SUCCESSFUL

Bank will disburse payment after completion of registration and delivery of car to buyer

DURING CAR SEARCH

Information such as condition sheets and pictures of cars will be provided including analysis of price range so that buyer can have better understanding.

PAYABLE DUTY

Buyer is liable to the payable duty should there be duty adjustment announced by customs Malaysia.

BIDDING / PURCHASE IS UNSUCCESSFUL

In the event bidding is unsuccessful, deposit will be refunded fully.

10% DOWNPAYMENT

10% downpayment is calculated as followed: for example, Toyota Alphard’s final bid price is RM280K, 10% of it is RM28k.

PURCHASE-CAR-PRICE

20% downpayment of purchase-car-price is applicable to sport cars and luxury cars that range beyond RM400k

BILL OF LADING

Bill of lading is a document that proves the car is departing to Malaysia. It will be also provided to bank for update to the details of loan agreement.

SHIPMENT DURATION

Shipment take approximately 4-6 weeks to arrive in Klang, North Port, Malaysia.

AP APPLICATION

AP application will be processed as soon as the car has boarded ship. The car can only be transferred to showroom from custom terminal when AP is approved.

FINAL PAYMENT

Final payment should be made within 3 days after the car has arrived to showroom.

A, 0, R and variations (RS, R0, RA, A1) are all used to denote repaired vehicles, with RA, A1, R1 being minor repairs.
